David carries insurance and is on your job himself — no rotating crews, no subcontractor surprises.
If something isn't right after a repair, he comes back and makes it right. That's the agreement.
You get a start date and a finish window up front — and a call if anything changes.
Drop cloths down, tools put away, debris hauled out. Your home is left livable at the end of each day.
One point of contact from the estimate to the final walkthrough. No chasing anyone down.
Written estimates that spell out scope and materials. Nothing extra gets added without your approval.

Call or text and describe the work. David visits, looks at it in person, and sends a written estimate — no charge, no obligation.
You approve the scope and get a start date and finish window that fit your household, not just his calendar.
He recommends materials that hold up in San Antonio heat and sun, and shows you options at different price points.
Protected floors, tidy staging, daily cleanup, and a text update at the end of each working day.
You inspect the finished work together before final payment. Anything that isn't right gets corrected.

Third-party financing isn't offered at this time — and that's deliberate. Instead, you get an honest written estimate, and larger projects can be phased so the work fits your budget rather than a monthly payment plan. Small jobs are paid on completion; bigger projects use a materials deposit with the balance due at the final walkthrough.
